Do I need a credit card or contract to start?
PayerLenz's Free tier requires no credit card and includes 15 historical searches at signup, valid for 90 days, with 2 user seats. Paid plans (Essentials at $399/month, Professional at $665/month) each carry a one-time $200 setup fee.
How accurate are PayerLenz's reimbursement benchmarks?
PayerLenz's benchmarks are estimates, not guarantees. Each benchmark carries a trust score based on the volume and recency of the claims behind it, drawn from adjudicated claims across 250 payer groups in 20 states and growing, from a pool of 500,000+ adjudicated claims. They're built to give a realistic, data-backed range rather than a single promised number.
Can we use PayerLenz across multiple facilities?
Yes. Every plan allows unlimited facilities, with seats pooled across the account.
Do I have to contribute data to use PayerLenz?
No. You can buy a paid plan without contributing. Contribution lowers your plan fee; free users earn search credits instead.
