Contribute qualifying de-identified claims data each billing cycle and earn a discount on your next cycle’s plan fee, from 2.5% at 100 lines up to 25% at 2,000+ lines. The discount is re-earned each cycle and applies to the plan fee only.
Submit historical reimbursement data through PayerLenz. For every 10 accepted rows, you earn 1 historical search credit, up to 50 per rolling 90-day period. Earned and signup searches expire 90 days after they’re granted, so ongoing contribution keeps your balance topped up.
Each plan includes a set number of user seats, pooled across all facilities in your account: 2 on Free, 5 on Essentials, 10 on Professional. Facilities are unlimited. Additional seats beyond your plan’s included number are $30/month each on paid plans. Beyond your plan’s included allotment: eligibility checks are $1.00 each for contributing customers ($3.00 for non-contributors), and historical searches are $0.50 each. Included allotments reset each cycle and don’t roll over.
