How the contribution discount works (paid plans)
Contribute qualifying de-identified claims data each billing cycle and earn a discount on your next cycle's plan fee, from 2.5% at 100 lines up to 25% at 2,000+ lines. The discount is re-earned each cycle and applies to the plan fee only.
How earning searches works (free tier)
Submit historical reimbursement data through PayerLenz. For every 10 accepted rows, you earn 1 historical search credit, up to 50 per rolling 90-day period. Earned and signup searches expire 90 days after they're granted, so ongoing contribution keeps your balance topped up. Current program terms, which may change as the program evolves.
Overage
Beyond your plan's included allotment: eligibility checks are $1.00 each for contributing customers ($3.00 for non-contributors, a clearinghouse pass-through), and historical searches are $0.50 each. Included allotments reset each cycle and don't roll over.
